Any South African company (Pty Ltd, CC, or NPC) that wants to apply for government tenders but needs to get their compliance and documentation in order first. Whether you're brand new to tendering or have applied before and been disqualified, we'll get your house in order.
The Central Supplier Database (CSD) is a mandatory government supplier registration portal. Most national and provincial government tenders require active CSD registration. Without it, your bid won't even be considered. We handle the full registration for you.
Probably not. From 1 April 2026, VAT registration is only compulsory once your turnover exceeds R2.3 million in a 12-month period. Most tenders do not require a VAT number — we'll assess your situation honestly and only register you for VAT if you actually need it.
We'll need your company registration number, directors' ID copies, proof of business address, and banking details. We'll send you a full checklist after sign-up.
A Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment affidavit confirms your company's B-BBEE level. For small companies (under R10 million turnover), an EME affidavit is a free, simple sworn statement — no external auditor needed. We prepare it for you at no extra cost.
Yes — most of these registrations are free directly with the government. Our fee is for the convenience, accuracy and time saved: we prepare every form correctly, file in the right order, fix any compliance gaps, and hand you a labelled, audit-ready document vault. You're paying us to do it once, properly — not for access to anything that costs money at source.
